George came referred to me by a member of my church who was out of town and unable to manage my property herself. She indicated that if there was anyone she would have manage her own properties (other than herself), it would be him. George is the right personality fit of timely, detail-oriented, fair, resourceful, and communicative. I presently live several states away, and he consistently checks in as needed to ensure we dialogue important decisions and to give me feedback on my property and tenants. He gave options for bill paying. He does due diligence, getting estimates for repairs and saves me money.
